Join the Testing Team!
I have had the pleasure of co-authoring or collaborating on ten different food-related books, ranging from a global restaurant guide to cookbooks with famous chefs I’ve long admired. Recently I started writing my first solo cookbook. It will be published by Artisan at the end of next year. I haven’t spoken about it much because I still feel like it’s too good to be true and surely someone is going to wake me from this dream.
The cookbook-making process isn’t quick. It takes years to develop and test more than one hundred recipes, edit the manuscript, design the layout, and photograph all the dishes. Then of course there’s the printing and bookbinding, which often happen overseas.
Right now, I’m smack in the middle of the editing phase. I am hoping to gather some feedback about the recipes from home cooks. Would you like to test a recipe or two? Don't worry if you don't have a lot of cooking experience. Beginners, pros, and everyone in between are welcome.
