Caramelized Apple Galette

Even though we’ve had a heat wave in the Bay Area this week, I couldn’t wait to try this caramelized apple galette recipe from the new Canal House cookbook, Cook Something. I used Gravenstein apples, which are my favorite for pies, and they worked beautifully. Congratulations on the lovely book, MH & CH, and thank you for sending me a copy! xo
