Happy publication day to Roxana Jullapat’s new book, Mother Grains. I had the absolute pleasure of working on this cookbook, and let me tell you, these recipes are extraordinary. I test recipes (both my own and other peoples’) pretty much every day and we eat or give away to friends most of what I make. Up until I cooked Roxana’s baked goods, I’d never seen Graham delight so much in the food I was testing for a project. He started ranking the delicious goods I was taking out of the oven each afternoon. Roxana had a perfect record—everything was a 10/10. We’ll be baking from this book for years to come.
