New Work: What's for Dessert
Earlier this year, I was very lucky to get a sneak peek of Claire Saffitz’s brilliant new cookbook, What’s for Dessert, and I was so thoroughly impressed that I didn’t stop talking about how good it is for months. I’m sure Graham was tired of hearing me say things like, “Her recipe writing is superb” or “She has put so much into this book—it’s packed with insight and knowledge.” But I stand by all of it! Brava, Claire, and congratulations on this marvelous book! I will be cooking from it for years to come.
