New Americanization

With help from a little team of collaborators (including lovely Maddie, pictured here!), I’ve been working on a new project. It’s a cookbook written by a British author, whom I can’t name right now, but I can tell you that she is the queen of the baking world. We’ve made seven—sometimes even eight—cakes a day in my home kitchen. Our neighbors and friends might be totally caked-out.
