Remember that university in Italy where I studied for my master’s degree? The one that’s like Hogwarts for foodies? Well, I have some exciting news: I’ll be teaching a spring 2019 course! It’s going to be all about how to create a cookbook. I’m really looking forward to being back in Italy, seeing old friends, and having the opportunity to talk about my favorite subject—cookbooks. Also, I can’t wait for the food and wine. I plan on enjoying a perfect macchiato every morning from the café I used to frequent, eating slabs of warm focaccia and so much pasta, and of course drinking all the Barolo I can get my hands on.
