Friends & Family
I’ve been doing quite a bit of recipe testing these days. One of the projects I’m currently working on is Roxana Jullapat’s cookbook, Mother Grains, which will be published by W.W. Norton next year. Roxana is the chef and co-owner of Friends & Family in Los Angeles. She’s also a super kind person, and it has been such a joy to work with her. I can’t wait for you to read and cook from her book. (Just look at how beautifully her croissants and pains au chocolat turned out in my home oven!)
