New Work: Bread Book

For all you sourdough bread bakers, there’s a new Tartine cookbook coming out December 21st! This one features 16 formulas for naturally leavened doughs, including pizza, tortillas, pasta, and crackers. I had the pleasure of working on the recipes, and I finished testing them right before Arthur was born. (I even brought some of the crackers with me as a snack to the hospital, haha!)
