Summer Salads
It’s summer salad season! A glorious time of year, when making dinner can be as simple as slicing a chilled melon and draping prosciutto over it. I love a summer salad (so much so that I even came up with an equation for one here) and I’m so happy to be included in this FoodPrint article alongside other salad aficionados.
A great thing about salads and the other recipes in my new cookbook One-Bowl Meals is that you can prepare the components ahead of time and store them in the fridge, ready to go when you need them. Leafy greens can be washed and dried, dressings can be made, nuts and seeds can be toasted, and eggs can be soft-boiled.
What’s your favorite summer salad?
