New Work: Extra Good Things
Ottolenghi Test Kitchen has a new cookbook out this week! The recipes, developed by Noor Murad, focus on homemade sauces, condiments, dressings, and other toppings—aka the secret weapons that turn a good dish into a spectacular one. I had the honor and pleasure of adapting this book for North American audiences, and I truly loved every recipe I tested. Happy publication week to Noor, Yotam, and the whole superstar team!
