Cookbook Class Online

This week, I got to teach cookbook class! We talked proper recipe-writing techniques, how to know if a random recipe you found online is going to work, and so much more. Thank you to this wonderfully multi-national group of gastronomes who are studying for their master’s degrees in food culture and communications at L’Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche. Remember, there’s always a better verb!
